Order Terms

All custom orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Wedding cakes and large event orders require at least 2 weeks advance notice. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders over $100.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon order completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
